  • Vote Data: Your votes on debates, including timestamps.
  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location (country/region) for vote mapping and analytics.
  • Usage Data: Page views, session data, and interaction patterns to improve our service.
  • Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Process your $1 payment and record your vote
  • Display vote results and geographic distribution
  • Prevent fraud and ensure service security
  • Improve and optimize our platform
  • Send transactional emails (payment confirmations)
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share your information only with:

  • Stripe: Our payment processor, governed by their privacy policy
  • Service Providers: Hosting (Vercel) and database services (Supabase)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use our service at your own risk.
